This is a guide to talking. In this guide you will find some basic things you should and shouldn't do when talking to people. From bottom of this page, you will find a small volcabulary about shorts used in internet.

When you are talking to people, always check your spelling. Incorrectly spelled words annoy people, and sometimes they might get the whole point wrong.

Never say somthing like "Selling bronze bars press 777". This is very annoying. Just say that you are selling them, and if someone is willing to buy them, he will some to you, and there is no need to ask for press certain number combination.

Never try to sell worthless items like boots or gloves. Nobody really want them, so it is just waste of your time to try to sell them.

Never write in CAPS, it is VERY annoying to other players.

Never use this line in subject of a message "Every one plz read this!", instead use this space to tell the real rubject of the messages.

Don't scam, be lame or anything like that. Lamer's and scammers are hated.

If you are a newbie, don't ask anything if you don't like to be hated, because most of the newbie questions can be found from quides or are other vise very clear things.

Andrew Gower The main programmer of this game.
Black hole A place where all cheaters are teleported. You can't escape from there, unless you have the spinning disk.
BUMP Used to rise the message on message boards to the top, because message which is replied always rises to the top.
CAPS This is commonly used word in message boards. It means writing in BIG letters.
lame Every one hates lames. They annoy other people on purpose.
lamer Every one hates lamers. They annoy other people on purpose.
newbie A player who is new to a game. He doesn't generally know anything and asks stupid questions and does stupid things.
P33L0 A player who doesn't really cheat or be a lamer. He is mainly a person who does stupid things on purpose.
Quest A task you can gain from NPCs and do them to gain rewards and quest points.
scam An annoying thing that scammers do. Also known as cheating. Example of scam would be like telling "Player houses are open!", if they weren't open, or like telling "I can upgrade items" and then you give him your stuff and he rans away with them.
scammer A person who does scams. Don't go near them.
typo Typing error. This is very common and happens you everyone =)

GP "Gold piece". Currency unit of RuneScape.

lmao "Laughing my ass off". A good expression of laughing.
lol "Laughing out loud". This is a normal expression of laughing.
msg "message"
nonPK "Non player killer". A player who has the non player killing option swithced on.
NP "No problem"
NPC "Non player character". A person which is not contrelled by player. You can talk to NPCs.
PK "Player killer". A person ho kills other players for fun.
PLZ "Please"
PM "Private message". PMs can be send my typing "tell playername message". If name has spaces, use "_" instead of a space.
R "Are"
rofl "Rolling on floor laughing". A strong expression of laughing
roflmao "Rolling on floor laughing my ass off". A very strong expression of laughing.
roflmaopmp "Rolling on floor laughing my ass off peeing my pants". This is the biggest expression of laughing. This is almost never used.
TY "Thank you"

Y "Why"
